SocialFollowers provides consumer rights, and we also indicate the refund policy. Many consumers ask about the possibility of the issued a refund. According to our refund policy, the only way you can get a refund is if you do not get delivered your order in the given time in which you first placed your order.

If your order has been delivered promptly and ultimately, we will not issue a refund. One of the most frequently asked questions is: ‘What if I change my mind after the completion of my order? Can I drop it and get a refund?’

As for our refund policy, we give refunds only if we have not yet placed an order. If your order is in a queue or processing, your order has been placed, and consequently, we cannot refund you.

  • There will be no refunds once an order is delivered. If the followers drop after a few days, customers can ask for a refill.

  • The service sometimes might deliver later than the outlined date stated on the website’s order page. This is normal. Contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered in time; they will most likely find a solution that works best for you. You cannot demand a refund in this case.
  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure, or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.
  • The warranty is applicable only for the last order made.

After 30 days, there will be no refills or refunds for any case. We can only send refills to the original Instagram username. If you change your Instagram username, your order will not be eligible for a free refill.
